  • Everyone is bundled up in the cold as we search for a cabin rental in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Lots of beautiful scenery, but no luck on the hunt this time.

    We’ve been doing more updates to our flip project in Birmingham, AL. Above is our updates kitchen. If you remember, our old kitchen was mor enclosed with a peninsula extending into the room.   • We took a quick trip to Florida to scout some potential rental properties there. We came across a great quadplex, but the owner isn’t wanting to sell right now.

  • After tearing down the old, collapsing block wall, we replaced it with a new, more natural looking, railroad tie wall. Poppy approved. She had to come by and check it out (and get some Chick-fil-A afterwards).
