We took a quick trip to Florida to scout some potential rental properties there. We came across a great quadplex, but the owner isn’t wanting to sell right now.
After tearing down the old, collapsing block wall, we replaced it with a new, more natural looking, railroad tie wall. Poppy approved. She had to come by and check it out (and get some Chick-fil-A afterwards).
